We will never share your personal or shopping or any other type of data with anyone else unless required for servicing your orders. Your data may be used for marketing by Halwa Craft products to you personally, only if you have opted to be contacted for our brand updates & promotions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Product will ship within 2-3 days of placing the order. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations once order is placed. Please contact us at orders@halwacraft.com in case you would like to make changes to your order.  

RETURN POLICY

As ours is a food item, we do not accept returns. Please contact us via email if you are unhappy with our product for any reason and we will try and fix the issue.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds would be on case by case basis only.
